Wilkerson calls Cheney "Orwellian".
Ret. Col. Wilkerson, former Chief of Staff to Powell, says that Cheney's description of closing Gitmo "no plan, no deliberation" was "Orwellian" in that he could be describing the opening of that prison.

"His speech today indicated to me that he was President of the United States from 2001 to 2005."

He says Cheney's quote of "recklessness cloaked in righteousness" sounds like the "Church of Cheney where Cheney is our Lord and Saviour and Limbaugh is his first disiple."
