Border Crossing Shooting Last Night At CA Port Of Entry

I don’t have cable, nothing in the morning papers and TV hotlines are closed. – Anyone hear anything about the incident.

My son was crossing the border at Algodones, BC/Andrade, CA about 7 pm when the line of cars going back into the states suddenly stopped. He was about the 15th car in line and walked up to the crossing to see what was going on. He saw an ambulance speed away and a dark blue in the middle of the road on the Mexican side.

He was told that the two men in the car were directed to go to secondary for a car search but instead the car shot across the road and headed back through the Mexican entry way. The American officer on duty shot the two men. The border was immediately closed to traffic but the foot passengers were allowed to come back into the US. Cars had to drive the 35 miles to the Port of Entry in San Luis, Sonora to get back into the states.
