Request: Does anyone know this book?
I seem to remember hearing some talk a while back (maybe here) about a recent book written by a congressman (who I think possibly only served one term), talking about the difficulty of actually getting anything done in congress. Does anyone know what book this might be? Thanks for any help...

Hope someone can provide you with the answer; I'm curious as well.

ON EDIT: Duh, Obama and Biden were senators--not congresspeople. Sorry.
