the White House is deliberately leaking info on how they intend to prosecute Cheney in order to find out who he planted as a mole.
The Dick is overreacting, and he sounds like a criminal laying the groundwork for a defense or poisoning the jury pool.

Dick Cheney is calling on the shows to be interviewed and since he's a former VP, they aren't turning him down. On my part, I hope he turns into a regular chatterbox.
