New Orleans: March 2007 Pictures

Here they are, as promised, Spring Break photos of New Orleans! I spent all fall volunteering there, but these photos are from a week last month. DU won't let me put any pictures here, but visit http://flickr.com/photos/7389644@N07 to browse 137 more pictures of remaining damage, gutters in action, some progress, the Lower Ninth Ward memorial, a photo exhibit at the Louisiana State History Museum, and a relaxing day in the French Quarter. 6. DU & Photos

I'm sure there's a trick to it, but the basic HTML - even after changing carrots to brackets - didn't show up, and when I went back to edit further, it had dissapeared from my code. Maybe DU allows photos, but I don't have the time tonight to figure out how to do it when I could just provide the links to flickr and my blog. Some other time, perhaps, but for now, it's bedtime! :)

11. You don't need any code to post pictures.

Just post the url of the picture, DU will post it as the image.

a window opens, select/click on "properties", which opens another window & you see this

No tags are needed, the DU hot links its urls.
