I've seen it many times, even clicked on it once, but it got me nowhere

1. It links to digg.com
What's Digg?
Digg is all about user powered content. Everything is submitted and voted on by the Digg community. Share, discover, bookmark, and promote stuff that's important to you!

3. it takes several users to bump an item up in the ratings, but
only takes a few "freeper-types" to digg an item down into oblivion.

I'm not a huge fan of "people ranking stories". Either a story is the truth or it isnt. Truth should not only be for popular stories, or vice versa

A few notes on some changes you've probably already noticed...

1. Today we added a "Digg This" link across the site. Digg is sort of like a democratically controlled news site (small "d"), where users vote on -- or digg -- things they like. By clicking the link, you can directly submit content from our site to Digg to put it up for digging. Don't have an account? You can get one here.

2. You'll notice that our names now link to our PartyBuilder profiles. Not really a big deal, but we hope to eventually roll this out for you as well.

3. You've probably noticed Mike Gehrke's name popping up around here in the last week or so. Mike is our new research director (and a former research director, for that matter). He's the guy who is responsible most for dealing with the 2008 Republican presidential candidates, and we've handed him the keys to Kicking Ass for all things related to 2008 Republican research. We're working pretty closely with our research team and you'll notice that more and more as we get deeper into the race.

That's all for now. Tracy is out today, so sorry for the low-volume. "

And you can help fund research and video cams at GOP 2008 events...more on Gehrke.

7. Our website...
World News Trust, has been censored on Digg. They won't tell us why, either.

It seems that there might be some right-wing Digg users that are selectively complaining. That's our take, at least.

a site for Apple Cult Members, many of the articles that make It to the front page of Digg are pro Apple or negative Microsoft. Many of the members of Digg are referred to as Macsturbators, Why? ... because to them, Apple can do no wrong.

Here Is a video of Kevin Rose, the founder of Digg.

10. Thanks for all the links explaining it...I thought it was "Twerpy" and
"Weird" because like "Cat" it never went anywhere and seemed so "ultra cool" without any explanation...like if you didn't know what it was you weren't part of the "Kewl Kids Group."

:D
