The draft dodger in chief

In Fancy Dress Costume.
This picture is a metaphor for the eight years of George W Bush and the non-stop lies of his administration. This fucking coward and his sneering VP used every connection to avoid the Vietnam war but he does love the fancy dress parade of pretense.

Justice is coming you fraud!!

1. K&R - It sure is nice to be able to turn on the television, radio, or look on the Internets
and not have to see his ugly puke face or hear his irritating voice butcher the American vocabulary.

Double thrilling to now have a President in office that I can be proud of, instead of ashamed of. I think that photo of * is perfect...emphasizes the "all hat, no cattle" attitude of the little emporer wannabe. :puke:

13. He had to wear make-up to hide the kernels of corn that
were sticking out of him, at all times...(like your typical, every day, garden variety TURD)

I think the helmet was to keep the wind from blowing into one ear and out the other, due to a total lack of anything what-so-ever besides a bit of stale ambient air, to impede the air flow between the ears.

He "served" in the National Guard in Texas and Alabama.

21. And technically speaking he went AWOL too
Because he was full of cocaine and they were going to test his blood (required as a pilot).

23. He's been dodging the truth his entire life
Dressed up like a buffoon for a Halloween party screaming Mission Accomplished.
The war criminal in chief has accomplished zippo in life. They should rename him Shidus - everything he touched turned to shit. :puke:

25. The guy IS a buffoon
His own family didn't think that he would amount to much because he was the FU of the family.

Just shows what kind of dopes we have in this country that he would get elected president.

29. Bull fucking shit.
The Guard didn't go to Nam and those who wanted to avoid combat joined, or tried to join the Guard.

The problem was, the lists were a mile long.

By using family connections to get himself to the front of the line for a champagne unit, Bush perverted the system and FORCED ANOTHER MOTHERFUCKER TO RISK THE DRAFT AND COMBAT.

So don't tell me he didn't avoid the draft. That's EXACTLY what he did.

30. I meant it as a joke.
I know that the children of the wealthy and influential either got deferments or joined the Guard. The true believers and the poor are the ones who go to war.

31. Technically he DESERTED
Never served in Alabama

I heard he wanted transfered there, but they denied it. He may have shown up for a dental appointment while he campaigned for someone there.
Deserter went beyond AWOL...

32. No, "technically," he was
Being catapulted by political connections over a bunch of qualified people to get into the guard was the way the political elite dodged the draft. Had he been Joe Schmoe, he'd have been sweating in a rice paddy somewhere in Nam, because he was too fucking stupid to get into the TANG as a pilot, and there were a couple of hundred people ahead of him in line for a handful of places.

His case is worse, because someone who should have gotten into the Guard probably ended up in Nam in Bush's place.

He played at being a pilot until it bored him and the physicals got in the way of his coke use.
