He spoke at an event I was working. A couple of nights before The Big Dog had spoken and when he walked backstage he said hello to everyone. Rove came in with a dozen gray-suited automatons, never spoke to anyone (but the rich benefactors) and was whisked to his limousine right afterward.

The Big Dog got multiple standing ovations. Rove got disrupted twice by protesters and the only people giving him an ovation were the people in the first 2 rows.
