To MSM< Minn. Sen Race is no longer "contested".

Frankin has been declared the winner by the court and the State Election office. The Repug Gov. is just dragging his feet.
When somebody is convicted of a crime, he may appeal, But he's no longer presumed innocent.

2. The MN Supreme Court is an Appeals Court.

The court that tried the case has rendered it's decision. The election is no longer contested. The court decision is.
That's why I object to the MSM saying it's still a contested race. It's not. The court ruling is, but not the election.
