Fantastic. I have such huge respect for this gal. What an excellent role model not only for young kids but for many older adults that have found themselves cowering in the past three decades regarding the take over of our Judeo-Christian values by selfish, pleasure indulgent lunatic narcissists.

I’m very, very proud of this young woman. She didn’t let the pressure to be PC outweigh her faith in Jesus Christ. If this was a test from our Lord - she passed with flying colors.

What I saw and heard was a woman trying to answer in a way that would appease everyone. Look at the first part of her answer. Then, it seemed to me that she realized the parents were in the audience, and the good folks back home might not like that answer very much, so she added to it.

Some conservative jerk cut loose on a bunch of us. What he couldn't wrap his mind around was that although some of us can't stand PH (he caters to the lowest common denominator), think that pageants are archaic forms of sexual repression and push feminism backwards at a ridiculous rate--we still stand by our beliefs in civil rights for ALL.
