After Obama's speech at the CIA, CNN had some uptight rightwing Bush-loving Republican Sherri Tacoma on, saying at one point that Obama was riding in on the wave of Bush popularity.. Bush made tough decisions and protected us for 7 years but he was at one point a very popular president and Obama was riding in on the wave.. (I assume she meant on the wave of anti-Bush sentiment...? But it came out saying that it was on the wave of Bush popularity). And that Obama is naiive..and she is glad that Obama wasn't in office on 9-11.

So David Sirota is opposite her, saying "Would you rather have a president who got warnings about 9-11 in a memo and ignored them?"
Sirota is asking "do you think Bush kept us safe on 9-11.?" over and over. It is really nice to hear those words spoken repeatedly on the network.

4. Me TOO! I loved the way he shut her down. Trying to keep the Repugs on a line of logic is like

trying to herd cats. They make the most absurd statement/conclusions.

I can't wait to see them give Obama a pass for not only being sooo popular, but by their logic, anything that happens in the next six months isn't his fault.

I am always amazed at how they don't get it.

But i loved how she was left clearly in a corner without having a reasonable answer.. You can tell the right clearly have a limit on what they will say on the air. They are dirty bastards, but they all seem to follow a format on how to answer ANY question on 9/11... By always dismissing it as OFF LIMITS.. Wonder Why??,)
