After that stunning performance by "Amnesia" Sampson today, I wonder what the
freeps think of now?

Love to hear their spin on the brilliant defense built around "I don't remember"...

4. makes you wonder who's actually running the gubmint, doesn't it...?
I mean, the Deputy AG can't seem to remember anything he did on the job just a few months ago. The AG clearly can't remember the way home at night, let alone what he did a few months ago. Gives you lots of confidence in organized crime government, doesn't it?

One that causes everyone to loose their memory.

7. Someone on one of the 15 Sampson threads at DU
said they went to freeperland today to see what they
were saying and that there was dead silence.

Not a peep! Nor a word. Dead silence.

The DU member promptly took a shower!

8. He has CRS syndrome and...
he keeps no files. Everything is totally informal and relaxed. He was the AGGREGATOR guy. He acted as if a yes or no answer was a virus to be avoided. His emails revealed the real Sampson, not the forgetful dude we saw today.

9. What happens in a criminal trial if every answer is "I don't remember"?
Obviously I'm not a lawyer but wouldn't that typically be contempt of court? How does Congress get him to legally stop playing dumb and start coming clean?

10. I think you can get away with it as long as there is no "proof" of perjury
Maybe they can get another DOJ person's testimony to use against him and lean on him really hard.
