I know most DUers avoid 20/20 like the plague because of John Stossel, but this isn't one of HIS stories so....

Right now there's a story about Pennsylvania judges who shut down the Luzerne Co. Juvenile court to build himself a jail in which to put kids in for the most MINOR of offenses. Why? To line his own pocket$$$$!

Kids were released and 5000 "prison records" were expunged.

Still, these kids are scarred for life.
