Wolf and John King talking about how reporters need to ask follow up questions and call out the president when he doesn't answer their questions. The media has also been bitching about Obama "risking overexposure" lately. On top of that, they're calling Obama's plan to regulate corporate America, which is the sole fucking purpose of government, an "unprecedented power grab request".

Wolf is now saying Obama has to "be careful" when Obama is speaking with reporters, bringing up the non-insult to the special olympics on Leno the other night.

They've been bitching about Obama taking too much on at once. Wolf: "Why not focus on the economy first, then health care, then the environment, blah blah blah..."

is actually a perceived threat against the power of their agency. The corporate media doesn't represent the American People, they represent corporations first, last and in the middle.

Corporations are the corporate media's clients, the American People are only customers to be sold a product or down the river, there is an important distinction between those two words when it comes to fiduciary responsibility.

When President Obama speaks directly to the American People, this makes the job of the corporate media to spin, caricature, omit, or slander his message and intentions more difficult, and the petty, greedy, power hungry members of the corporate media; more concerned with their corporate client's welfare than that of the "We the People" nation, become sad :cry: or mad. :mad:

Those members of Blitzer's ilk are worried because for better or worse President Obama is doing the job for which the American People elected him to do. This wasn't an issue with Bush because A. he wasn't elected and B. he was a corporate puppet and thus never threatened the corporate media's clientele or power base; at least in their limited, greedy, selfish, short term way of thinking.
