A Cook County judge today refused an emergency request from Eni Skoien to block her estranged husband from taking their three children out-of-state on vacation.

Skoien — who filed for divorce Thursday from former Cook County Republican Party boss Gary Skoien — had sought the temporary court order because she said she feared her husband “will move the children out of the country.’’

Eni Skoien, 36, filed the divorce action and the request for the restraining order days after her March 8 arrested, according to police, for attacking her husband after finding him at their home in Inverness with two prostitutes.
