I just heard from Freeper Flightline, a personal friend and mutual aquaintance of Walt Fitzpatrick, that Walt got a visit from 3 to 4 Police Cruisers and one unmarked Government car from Knoxville, Tennessee. Walt was informed that his most recent column, which he filed as a criminal complaint in the U.S. Attorny's Office in Knoxville, U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee and Ass, was being responded to by a criminal complaint against Walter himself; that the complaint he filed was ignored and was the basis for the complaint against himself.

The criminal Complaint against Walt specifically stated that Walter's complaint was considered a threat against the President of the United States.

Walter was interviewed by these officers in his yard and house and openly stated his belief of his criminal complaint along with his own personal documentation to defend his complaint and why he believed it to be true.

Walter was not arrested and the officers who visited his home responded by telling him the apparent threat against the President was unfounded and they left the premisis without incident.

Walter was not arrested, no search throughout his home was done and the officers were professional.

My Note: THIS IS PROOF, IF YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH, OBAMA FOLLOWERS WILL GET YOU. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN MISSOURI LAWYERS THREATENING YOU FOR POSTING THE TRUTH DURING THE CAMPAIGN

I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.

Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers—are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.

Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.
