He is the one who put the AIG story in the spotlight. He is the one leading the public's outrage over it. He calls press conferences, he does town hall meetings, he allows questions from everybody and he answers them, he's going on Leno tonight, he's genuinely leading the ignorant, apathetic American people. He even took responsibility for the AIG loophole, even though it was that corrupted corporate worm Chris Dodd who ought to be taking the heat.

What do I think of the job Obama has been doing in his first 50+ days so far?

Treasury officials who called on Dodd to alter the bill were protecting the fascist masters. Obama and Dodd were and still are on the periphery. If I was president I'd publicly call for the books of all these companies to be made accessible to investigators and investigative journalists and let the chips fall where they may - even if a number of once powerful Dems fall alongside the fascists of BushInc.
