4. Silly merchandising. No overtones IMO. They adore OBAMA,

and cannot wait for him to come in a few days for the big summit. Huge preparations are being made, and you will see a difference from protest marches and instead there will be adoring jubilation.

and breaded chicken sticks may not be familiar to them. Obama is very popular. Based on my experience in German-speaking countries, I doubt that this is a race thing.
