1. Quite a drop in severity from
"More important than every other financial issue this year" to
"Personally satisfying, but not much else"

It's somewhere in between. I'm pretty sure it will end Cramer's career on the TeeVee ( much like Tucker Carlson
before him). I'm certain it is the beginning of the end for "Mad Money". It may even be the demise of CNBC.

At least the folks inside the NBC family are taking it that way (or at least afraid it will go that way).

The most important financial issue of the year? Hardly. Probably not the most important financial story
of the week and possibly even the day it happened.

Will it spark real journalism in cable TeeVee, especially financial journalism? Not likely.

2. I don't think it was the most important financial story, however, I do think it was important

For me it was not entertainment, but important information. Information that the authorities should investigate and possibly prosecute. The way I see it, this country will not regain the consumer confidence it needs to rebuild and get out of this economic meltdown without the perpetrators of this giant swindle being punished.

3. Strange that a "comedian" can find this so easily, yet all of our police-state
enterprises cannot find anything wrong or any fault at all in the financial meltdown... They can't find evidence? Seriously, why are we wasting valuable resources on these institutions that don't work to protect the safety and security of Americans? Who was the more devastating terrorist? Osama or these Wallstreet goons? Who has done more to ruin the lives and create the most turmoil? Everyone of these criminals should be in orange jumpers begging for mercy; not allowed money thrown at them by the treasury.

6. Really neat parody of a push poll
You should apply at one of the political polling organizations.

9. Sorry, the question shoud be - How Important is Jon Stewart?
Jon spoke for all of us. He said exactly what DUers say. HE DID A JOB THAT M O S T OF OUR CONGRESS WILL NOT DO, CAN NOT DO, ARE AFRAID TO DO.

This may be a One Act show. If yes,it was a great high.

Somehow, I think it was a milestone to something more and I can't say why I say or think that. Just a feeling.

Let's follow the Jon Stewart thread of importance.

Cramer is somewhat done. It will be interesting to follow what happens to him, but he is officially pathetic.
