That's what Cramer went and did to himself this week. Verily I say unto ye: He hath screwn himself - had he just kept his trap shut Stewart would have crucified Santelli instead...
He knew he could not possibly win the argument. He knew he was in for abuse. It took courage. Not very bright, but fairly brave nonetheless. Were I in his shoes, I would have suddenly taken a trip to Easter Island.
2. Yeah but that's not my point.. at that stage it was already too late..
He got screwn by opening his mouth and standing up for CNBC earlier on. I guess if you want to say he threw himself on the grenade and took one for the team ok but he really didn't look like he was there to reform just that he felt he had no choice and he knew his ass was thoroughly kicked already - kind of like the Japanese on the deck of the battleship Missouri at the surrender ceremony ending WWII.
