to bush. They MUST NOT CHANGE THE REDEPLOYMENT CLAUSE

It will then be BUSH who won't fund the troops, NOT the Democrats

3. If I were Bush...
...(what a horrible thought)...I would sign the bill and just blow off the withdrawal deadline. By the time everyone figures out that I was giving them the big middle finger it would be too late to impeach.

After all...I am "the unitary executive..."
