He likes to exercise - and because he enjoys it, he wants to share it with other people who want to exercise but don't know how.

Yes he can be annoying. So can Andy Dick, Steve Buscemi, Jerry Lewis and Jack Black. But taken in doses, all of these folks can do their job (entertaining YOU for a fee)

I believe you are referring to Nancy Gregg's rant about the archbishop in Brazil who made that announcement that, although the nine year girl in question had been repeatedly sexually molested and ultimate impregnated by her stepfather, that her mother and the attending doctor were both excommunicated because they terminated the pregnancy.
