In a column Rove picked up a little extra scratch for this week in the Wall Street Urinal, Rove claimed that the stimulus bill was the biggest peacetime spending increase in history. So Karl, don't we still have troops killing and dying in Iraq and Afghanistan anymore? Or did you and your pal Chimpy get bored with those toys a long time ago so they don't count?
