anybody heard of Obama giving SS to illegal immigrants? I got a right wing viral email

"Prove it."

What is their source? Where is the legislation? What are their facts? And are benefits being paid to people that didn't pay into the system? At which point, we're back to the first paragraph.

5. Bush was behind that, not Obama

His State Department even signed a treaty with Mexico a few years back that allowed Mexican citizens working in the US paying SS to qualify for SS benefits with far less required years paying in to SS than US citizens.
