Indiana man says SWAT entered home illegally
Brenda Greenwell was awakened about midnight Thursday by two SWAT officers, dressed in camouflage, flipping on the lights in the bedroom of her Jeffersonville, Ind., home.

1. Shoulda mentioned she chased them OUT with a 38 revolver!
.
.
.

From the posted link:

"She asked who they were," Greenwell said yesterday, and the two officers -- armed with rifles, he said -- said they were police but didn't show badges or other identification.

Greenwell said his wife grabbed a .38-caliber revolver kept at the head of their bed and chased the men outside, where he heard her screaming at them from the rear deck, gun in hand."

wow - Guess there ARE some clear-headed SWAT people out there

surprised they didn't blow her away . . .

2. And I guess there are some clear headed gun owners out there too
I am surprised she didn't blow them away for breaking in and entering.

The reason I didn't mentioned they were chased out by the woman is because that's not the point. I am sure by the way you're responding you don't care about someone just inviting themselves in through your back door in the middle of the night, but, there are still those of us who believe this is America where the police can't just waltz into anyone's home (especially in the middle of the night) without a legitimate warrant. These officers violated the law and should be arrested and charged for armed breaking in and entering.

I can't believe how some people have become so much like sheep. *sigh*
