This Is What We ABSOLUTELY MUST Do!
All of need to call our Senators and urge them to implement the nuclear option (which takes only 51 votes to pass) that kills the filibuster power of the right wing swine in the Senate. We have SERIOUS problems in America and it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE for the Republican Senate to obstruct NECESSARY legislation to get America back on it's feet.

It is IMPERATIVE that ALL of us contact our Senators and urge them to implement the nuclear option. We cannot tolerate ANY more of this mindless obstructionism from the Republican party.

1. What we need to do is insist to our Senators that they need to vote...
Harry Reid out as Senate Majority leader and put someone in that has enough balls to stand up to the Repugs and make them filibuster.

4. As much as we may like to think the republicans will never be in power again
they probably will be. Something to keep in mind when trying to take rights away from the minority party.

6. Thom Hartman's In Favor Of It, Though
And the Democrats never have the spine to filibuster anyway.

Good riddance to the obstructionist tool of the filibuster.

7. Something to keep in mind is the Law of Unintended Consequences.
Yes, as hard as it is to believe now, they will be back. When Democrats get complacent and smug in the thought they will hold power from now on, that's when the Republicans will rise from the ashes. Be careful for what you wish because you might just get it and one day regret it.
