I thing it was on during Tweety's show or KO.

I wasn't home when I saw it, so I couldn't go online to check up on these clowns. It was something like 'americans for prosperity' or some shit like that.

I wonder how many degrees of separation there are between this bunch and Exxon......?

1. I saw it, but was just too flabbergsted to catch who paid for it. .
It called global warming a huge hoax . . It was as regressive a piece of crap as I've read on the wingiest wingnut site out there. .

2. Yes, it was quite offensive
But it's nice they wasted their money by putting it on when and where they did. If I see it again, I'll try and write down the details.

3. I saw it, and was stunned, especially considering when it aired. Who is behind it?

4. That's what I want to determine. I'm wondering if anybody remembers the web address.
I think it was 'americans for prosperity' or some such horse shit.

5. I was in the kitchen and overheard it briefly.
I thought maybe I wasn't hearing right.

6. Didn't see it,
but it sounds like this bunch of loonies:

One would need a full-time team of academics to rebut this junk.

7. It was like a video version of The Onion - I really thought it was a joke

and if it was series!!!11 - highly ineffective, as it was a blatant appeal to ignorance.

Oh yeah - and it attacked alternative energy as well...

8. Someone here traced the web address back to a Repuglican think tank of some sort, I think
attempting to astroturf us with this crap.

And yeah, it was during KO--but hardly the first bad ad I've seen on that show that contradicts everything the show is trying to accomplish.

To MSNBC, money is money.

9. If I remember correctly...
AFP is a splinter group that broke off from one of that original Right-Wing "greed is good" group(whose name I cannot remember) during some internecine squabble or another.

Same shit, different shitheads.
