Student loan limits in the stimulus package
Does anyone know if the final stimulus package includes the $2,000 increase in Stafford Loans that was passed in the House version? I haven't found a conclusive answer on any online articles so far.

find that article I was reading this morning.
On edit: Sorry I was confused with Pell Grants. I don't know how the Stafford loans fared by the time everything was said and done.

5. There was a one-time increase...
...by $2000, in the Staffords passed this summer. This would make the status quo permanent -- it's not really a new per-year ceiling.

6. Stafford ceiling increase...
....in House version, not in compromise passed last night.

Some increase in Perkins money, though.

Details here.
