Really wound up, to the point he can't read all those numbers he has in his speach. But wasn't 150 of the 200 million "repair the grass on the mall" section actually to repair the Jefferson Memorial from sinking ? Couldn't someone in the House or Senate keep repeating that as many times as I have said it to my right wing relatives ? Wouldn't it have required some skilled craftsmen to do that? Maybe if the Repubs could have "outsourced" it, they would have voted for it.
