1. I believe he's in Florida for the winter.
His boat was shipped down from Hyannisport this fall.

I hope he's relaxing a bit and winning his battle.

3. thanks - I had asked the same question yesterday
and didn't hear much. I wish his work on the HHS confirmation hearings didn't have to be redone :(
