Raw Story writes about my arrest for photographing Miami cops against their wishes (Please Digg it!)
Many of you are familiar with my arrest last month, so maybe you can help increase exposure by clicking on "Digg it" at the top right hand corner of the story. The more exposure it gets, the better it is for my court case. My arraignment is on April 4th and that is going to be the beginning of a very long legal procedure.

So I can file my civil suit against the police department. So in reality, we're talking two different court cases.

X-rays showed no broken bones. MRI showed no blood in the brain.

But it was still costly to pay for all that considering I have no insurance. And I had to buy another $400 flash as well as a $50 filter.

Plus, after being in jail all night, I missed out on a photo assignment the following day considering I was unable to sleep in an overcrowded cell with 40 other prisoners.

But I consider myself lucky because I have a lot of support from influential people. Countless people are arrested everyday unjustly and have no choice but to accept it.

24. Roger that. I was once arrested for crying in my livingroom.
It was later "demoted" to a detention. :eyes:
