he of the Carnegie Inst.

one of the things he said was that our dollar was the best money in the world. apparently he hasn't realized our dollars are empty.

he also thinks the Chinese financially are sorta naive (my word) and we need to guide them.

he seemed scared to death that China may change how its been doing business with the neo cons.

he is still living in the neo con fantasy. poor thing.
