1. I think Obama is over it--some here aren't, but Roberts' flub will be held up for ridicule

at every Presidential swearing in from now on: 2013, 2017, 2021, 2025, 2029, 2033, 2037...long after he is dead just like they do now about William Henry Harrison.

Roberts' place in history is assured - he'll be the guy who screwed up the oath taken by the first black President. He's now a fool forever.

6. Presidents should get a Supreme court wildcard replacement.

If a nominee can garner more votes than the previously appointed judge they are in. At North Texas State they have a jazz ensemble where anyone can be auditioned out during the semester by anybody.
