I don't believe the Obamas actually fist each other, I certainly don't think anyone would know if they did. I think this particular "Love Dr." is a bit of an idiot in that she saw the Obamas do their 'fist bump' (dap, pound... what have you) and probably heard the word 'fisting' at some point in her life and assumed that the pound that the Obamas did was 'fisting'. So it basically boils down to a person trying to be hipper than he/she really is and failing miserably at it. I can imagine the next day someone explained to her what fisting really was and her face turned bright red.
