A Cabinet that would really make the freepers crazy:

I was thinking about who I'd pick for a cabinet (mostly people not currently in office) who would really change things. Here's my list; feel free to add or comment.

Agriculture: Willie Nelson (of course he'd be good directing the IRS, too)
Commerce: Tom Hartman (knows more than God about business.)
Defense: Cindy Shehan (but I may go for Jane Fonda); I'm a peace lover, sorry. Put the damn tanks in the ocean and grow reefs.
Education: Maya Angelo or maybe Susan Ohanian (no more NCLB!) If they decline, Madfloridian would be good too!
Energy: Al Gore of course (but I thought about T Boone Pickens; I just don't trust him).
Health & Human Services: Michael Moore or maybe Dr. Oz; Moore for the values and Oz for the medical knowledge
Homeland Security: This was tough...I really would disband the whole thing.
Housing & Human Development: Oprah (she earned it!)
Interior: Ted Turner or Spike Lee (because Ted puts his money where his big mouth is and Spike led the Katrina volunteers)
Justice: Melanie Sloan or Vincent Bugliosi (of course if we needed a supreme court judge or special prosecutor, VB would be the man!)
Labor: Omaha Steve from DU! (no one would be better)
State: Rachel Maddow (She's smart and tough and sees through the BS; but cool headed, too.)
Transportation: Andres Kello (look up the airline complaints website: http://www.airlinecomplaints.org / )
Treasury: Suze Orman; but this was another tough one- I beginning to hate economists, we need someone with some sense.)
Veteran's Affairs: Randi Rhodes - my favorite vet!
