MSNBC is getting goofy
Tamran Hall was the *last* person at the Biden state ball, and was being very very funny. (And her dress was stunning.)
But she was going on and on about how everyone had left 1 hour ago, and wondered why everyone wasn't partying longer.

Sometimes, the late night coverage that most people dont see produces some gems.
