The Bush Administration named the car
The name of the armored car is a very bad name for many people. I believe the choice of that name was another one of the former administrations attempts to devalue the way President Obama is viewed by people of certain religious beliefs.

2. The car is named "the Presidential State Car"
It is also named "Cadillac One" if the president is in it, but it defaults to the former name.

"The Beast" is just a nickname, and a fairly accurate one, given by the folks who designed it. Come on, are you tin-hatted enough to believe that Bush named the thing to hamstring opponents?

That's even better than the claim that Roberts botched the oath to prevent Obama from becoming president.

7. Yes fundies will be distressed over this.
Would have been better to say the car was not nick named by the Obama administration.

And yes some fundies will get wound up about that nick name. Some do not think that matters, some might even think it is a strategy to isolate or drive them further away. Don't know, but it is a bad name for many people.
