Police dash,November 20/08.Cedar City,UTAH.Video recently released.Man(Travis Braun) has a seizure during sobriety test,gets tasered shortly after....also posted is the video of the test that precedes this incident.

4. police forces across the country have`t a clue on restraining people

my wife is trained to recognize seizures,"bad behaviors,and other medical problems. if my wife can restrain a autistic 225 adult male having a seizure or bad behaviors, i`d think some big burly cops could do the same. but it`s so easy to pull out their dicks,oops,their tasers instead of using their brains.....
