It is a sound system installed by the prior owner's son with external speakers, selectable by side. When I am being assaulted by a neighboring vehicle, I put on bagpipe music and blow them away.

This is my beater truck I have since I live out in the twigs (that's past the sticks in smaller towns) and need to haul stuff. The kid used them for desert parties. I doubt I will be cited under those circumstances for a rousing version of Scotland the Brave.
