REQUIRED READING at DU on Executive Privilege

OK, folks, since this thing looks like it's going all the way and since we all will be posting about it at one time or another, we all ought to read the Congressional Research Services' "CRS Report for Congress, Presidential Claims of Executive Privilege: History, Law, Practice and Recent Developments" dated September 21, 1999 written by Morton Rosenberg, Specialist in American Public Law, American Law Division.

It is very well written and will be important to know going forward. There will be a test...multiple choice. :-)
