1. Bush himself wouldn't speak to the 911 commission, unless a) not under
oath and b) he could have Cheney with him so they could answer questions together.

2. I heard them say on a.m. news this morning that when Gonzo
goes next week to speak again about ProsecutorGate, that he will not be under oath. Well, I guess it didn't buy them anything last time. If he testifies to Congress, whether under oath or not, he can still be held accountable, RIGHT?
