I read an article today that says we are going to have an oil shortage in 2009.. because oil companies (due to the credit crunch) lack the funds for exploration.
I wonder, how can his be? What did the big oil companies do with the billions and billions they have been accumulating for the last 30 years? Where is this money?
You are correct.. they will claim they are broke and will be standing there with their hands out at $7 a gallon.
