You will not believe this bullshit email making the rounds
Three different Bush worshipers have sent me this.

>> >> There is a man at Ridgecrest Church who is an ABI officer. He got up
>> last
>> >> night and told us about having the honor of being paired with one of
>> >> the secret service men who were with President Bush Saturday in
>> >> Enterprise. He said when they started walking through the rubble at
>> >> the school they came upon four students waiting for the President.
>> >> They were in an area where on the floor there was a emblem that read
>> >> EHS Class of 65. When the President approached the students he asked
>> >> which one of you are the president (I assume president of the student
>>
>> >> body)? One of of the girls kind of raised her hand and said I am then
>>
>> >> she hung her head and started to cry.
>> >> President Bush wrapped his arms around her and the other three joined
>>
>> >> them. Barry, the ABI officer said President Bush started to cry and
>> >> said "It's tough being the president isn't it." Barry said he talked
>> >> with them a little longer. He said he was very close to the President
>>
>> >> but couldn't hear every word that was spoken, but he could tell that
>> >> the President was quoting scripture. After a while the President
>> >> started walking again and said he wanted the emblem preserved
>> >> whatever it took. The Mayor then spoke up and said they would take
>> >> care of it and President Bush turned to him and said "I was speaking
>> >> to the President." I bet that the Mayor closed his mouth then!!! and
>> >> then President Bush said "by the way where are my children"? The four
>>
>> >> students who were lagging behind came running up to him and walked
>> >> the rest of the way over to the church with him. The media were sent
>> >> to a different area Barry said. When President Bush got inside the
>> >> church to meet with the families of those that had been killed the
>> >> secret serviceman turned to Barry and said this is as far as we go.
>> >> This is his time with them. Barry then asked him if the President was
>>
>> >> protected and the secret servicemen said yes, he is protected, but
>> >> not by us.
>> >> Barry could hardly contain himself as he was telling us this last
>> >> night. He said he told the secret service man that he wished everyone
>>
>> >> could witness what he just did then they could see that the most
>> >> powerful man in the United States was just another human being, a
>> >> father, a comforter, a friend and had true compassion for these
>> >> people. However the media does not portray that (big surprise)! Of
>> >> course I don't tell this story with the humility that Barry did
>> >> because he was there, but I thought you might like to hear it.

16. Oh, you can bet there is.
Astroturf(Fake Grass Roots) is a big business. Also, there is a rich history of fake history being created about important political figures.

There is also no shortage of the gullible.

4. So many similar emails have been debunked
or at least found to only be partially true, I expect this one will turn out to be mostly BS. It is probably too new for most of the email chain debunker sites though.

6. My pancreas is curdling
When you make up stories about someone, they should at least resemble the subject's normal behavior patterns.
I believe this about as much as I might a tale of Strom Thurmond speaking at an NAACP meeting.
They're just making it worse for themselves.

17. When out in public, I don't think he gets any further away...
...than six feet away from the SS at any time unless it IS on camera and they don't want the SS guy on camera.
This is just MHO...figuring on how security probably works and all..

I refrain from commenting until it gets verified or not. Some of the most bizarre things have been proven true.

14. Meanwhile the president's father's job was sent overseas
her brother was killed in Iraq, her sister lost her 3-month fetus from exhaustion brought on from working 3 fast-food jobs to pay her medical bills and her mother went into a diabetic coma cause she couldn't afford her insulin.

18. So what's the message? That he's a better leader at tornado-ravaged high schools than
in war, in the White House, as a parent of his own children, in the floodwaters of an American city where thousands are drowning?

Even if I believed this was true--and I find it impossible to square the image of the man who routinely flips off cameras, mocks people for being executed (Karla Faye Tucker), curses at underlings, makes up disgusting nicknames for his friends, and loves fart jokes with the image of a pious, caring man who prays with tornado victims--I don't see how it would make him any better as a president, or even as a person. With all due respect to Godwin, Hitler was supposed to be a swell guy--a vegetarian who hated cruelty to animals, was faithful to his fiance, never drank, and never cursed. There was that little matter of him lying to start wars and slaughtering millions of people, though, that dragged his reputation down a bit.

19. Hahahaha...Just when I thought Karen Hughes retired
She scribbles out another bullshit fable of the President's "compassion".
Compare this fictional "lurch into action" seasoned response to the "Pet Goat" reality of 9/11 Buxh.

Don't you have a spam filter? I was waiting to read that the "Mayor" left you a bunch of money in his will, and you had to send cash to get it.

Hahahahaha
