My local Fox news had this bit while I watch the local news/weather in the morning.

A bit with a sympathetic Fox reporter on his legacy.

Bush said he was given "bad intelligence" and that's why he went to war. WOW shit on hell. The first time I heard that Bush was given bad intel. How about Cheney made sure that the intel fit so they could have their war????

And that he was sorry about Abu Gharib and there was nothing he could do. MORE LIES. It was a policy from the top down.

And it begins. And what the hell is Barbra Streisand doing KISSING Bush? OH yes to get an award. (Kennedy honors)THEN politics doesn't matter (to her) when it comes to ART. That's what they concluded on teevee.

Oh and Obama and all the "Democrats" will let him get a pass forever on everything.

I guess when you hit a certain age, you'll suck up no matter what, just to get that big attention fix and all that applause. I was really disappointed when she accepted this, but, as I noted in another thread, these folks lobby for these honors, so she knew exactly what she was doing.

Just so long as she keeps raising $$$ for the Democrats, I'll applaud her if she decides to blow Poppy Bush in Times Square at midnight on New Year's Eve.

How come, though, that you and I knew that the WMD claim about Iraq was bogus, that we both - I trust - believed that the inspectors should have been left alone to do their jobs, and that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11?

How come, if we knew it, the President of the United States didn't know it?
