Poll question: Which is more reprehensible?
Which of these two actions is more reprehensible?

2. I don't have an opinion one way or the other about this recent case.
The judge in Nevada found somebody guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping. Those are pretty serious charges. It's hard for me to get worked up that somebody was found guilty, especially when that same somebody was found liable in a civil case for causing the deaths of his former wife and a man he didn't even know.

None of this would have registered much of a blip on my radar except that in several threads here on DU the family of one of those murder victims is being ridiculed and mocked for having the nerve - the nerve! - to be upset about their loss.

Geez.

3. I'm With You
And, let's not forget. The evidence in this case was on tape, and corroborated by a dozen witnesses. This arrogant punk did it!

I can't get too worked up about someone who PROVABLY did it getting their justice.

And, i also concur with your opinion about people criticizing people who lost family members to murder.

5. Ron Goldman's family is being mocked on several threads.
We can argue over whether or not OJ Simpson's recent conviction is somehow related to previous charges against him, but I draw the line at mocking the family of a murder victim.

Show some class, DUers.

7. Does that make it ok to mock the family of a murder victim?
What is wrong with people?
