3. In the original "Godfather" the line was applied to Luca Brotsy
but Fredo wound up sleeping with the fishes as well.

I thought Bush was Fredo as far as the Bush Crime Family went.

comparing the Bush family to the Corleones. Jeb as Michael. And, of course, Dubya as Fredo, the son who just isn't quite smart enough to run the family business.
