He knew she was a CIA Agent and that it was classified knowledge. How could he figure it was "fair game" to "out" her to the general public? I think Rove needs to explain himself in this matter. I myself am curious as to what the Republican explanation is for making a covert CIA Agent "fair game". What exactly did he mean by that comment? Why does he still hold a security clearance? Is the hearing on this matter over? Can Rove yet be called to testify about this?

They delayed the vote to subpeona Rove for 1 week. Leahy (chair of the Senate Judiciary) has stated Rove will testify, the time frame is a political move - solely to show decorum. Rove can either volunteer to testify or he will be subpeona'ed. Look for a subpeona at the end of the week.
