It's a website which lists the PO Box addresses of children with life-threatening illnesses, so you can send them a cheery card or small gift. Apparently, their website traffic has been down a lot lately, which means not as many people might be sending mail to the kids.

With the economy, the election, and all the other assorted craziness that goes on in this world, it can be easy to forget about people in need, or feel powerless to do anything. However, the good thing about this is that it hardly costs any money - and it means a lot to these kids!
