Limbaugh was referring to the (New England ) Patriots' season-long decision to be introduced as an entire team, rather than having the names of individual players announced before the start of each contest.

8. I always did think Democrats could have gained advantage from 9-11-01.

A sense of collective responsibility could have been installed, and a demand for nationalization of sensitive industries like transport and armaments, in the name of national security would have been potentially popular.
