It's hard to say how many Americans know or suspect that their votes haven't counted in several recent elections. And I'm left to wonder how this may contribute to the huge turnout we now see at the polls.
I did a quick search and it seems like anywhere from 10 to at least 40 percent of voters had doubts or were certain that their vote hasn't counted in the last few or more elections. Is the damn cat finally out of the bag? Seems to me it might be.
